Waiting to play for Amelia’s & Adam’s guests at Stonyhurst College Church –she was 30 minutes late so we happily had our work cut out–it was a pleasure !

One of the friendliest , warmest couples & wedding crowds in 36 years. A wedding present to the couple, we were treated so kindly by all & sundry & guests applauded us even before the service. Katie & James chose most fab music–ta for having us . We’ll return to the Royal Toby any time. xx Happy future from US xxxx Guess the feelings are mutual.

This was medico-military homespun wedding with a stunning tepee down the dip below the garden– and our first St Asaph do in 36 years. Okay it was a bit chilly playing the drinks up at the top but the bride’s parents were so hospitable our refreshments were ready in time to warm us up . With full approval of the 3 year old bridesmaid, who sat in front of us most of the time ,we continued through the meal in this stunning Welsh environment . Ta for your hospitality–have great life back down in Bristol x

Led by Sarah with Julie’s help, this was our first wedding at this lovely venue and it was well worth the drive. All went swimmingly & we’re now on the recommended musicians’ list–so here’s a thank you all round.Congrats to Charlotte & Sam-have a great future together x
