Fay & the other members of the Carlton Ensemble wedding string quartet were in fantastic form on Saturday evening. Their rendition of old favourites, classical, popular and jazz, was one the the many high points of our big day. The wedding string quartet & flute went down so well with our guests, that we asked them to play for an extra hour…which they were kind enough to do!! No wonder the guests were still talking about their performance throughout yesterday (Sunday). Many thanks, guys…

After 40 years, Richard Weddell’s in-laws finally married on Saturday. Playing for this intimate gathering of 6 family members was an honour and also show stopper in our 36 years on the road. We were a surprise for the newly weds & everything had to be just right. We’ve been reassured we done good ! Thanks SO much for having us and making us at home in your lovely home xx An amazing amazing one-off day in Bury–down a dirt track to a stunning 1750’s cottage and brill interior refurb.
